1408 Records — Shipping Policy

Welcome to 1408 Records. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for

all vinyl, CDs, merchandise, and physical media orders.

1. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Vinyl records are shipped

in specialized, heavy-duty cardboard mailers to prevent damage to sleeves and vinyl.

2. Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not packed or shipped on weekends or

holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of releases, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

3. Packaging Quality Assurance

To ensure your records arrive in pristine condition, we ship all vinyl with the record removed from the

outer jacket (unless factory-sealed) upon request to prevent seam splits during transit. Extended

padding and corner protectors are standard.

4. International Shipping & Customs

1408 Records ships worldwide. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes

(including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. 1408 Records is

not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

5. Returns, Damages, & Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or a vinyl record is severely warped, please email

support@1408records.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damage. We

will happily arrange a replacement or refund
